Here at Dixons Fazakerley Academy, our homework isn’t just extra work, it’s carefully designed using the best educational research to help knowledge stick. When students complete it properly and consistently, they strengthen their memory, deepen their understanding, and build the confidence to apply what they’ve learned in exams and beyond.

Look Cover Write Check (LCWC) is the main form of homework across our academy. During the first week of term, students received an introduction, explanations, have practiced Look Cover Write Check (LCWC) and received a 100% booklet (this is what they will use for LCWC) alongside a deadlines timetable. Electronic copies are available in this section of the website.
