Examinations
Year 11 examinations – final arrangements and support
We are now entering the final stage of our Year 11 students’ journey at Dixons Fazakerley Academy. The coming weeks are a crucial period, bringing together years of hard work and commitment.
We would like to thank families for the ongoing support you have provided throughout your child’s time with us. We are extremely proud of how far this year group has come and remain fully committed to supporting every student as they approach their GCSE examinations.
Revision resources for home study
Families may find the following free, high‑quality online revision resources helpful across a range of subjects:
Free Homework & Revision for A Level, GCSE, KS3 & KS2 (senecalearning.com)
Revision Blast Videos for AQA GCSE Geography | Collections | Geography | tutor2u
These resources work best alongside school‑provided materials and teacher guidance.
A digital copy of the exam timetable is available via the Downloads section at the bottom of this page.
Attendance recognition – streak cards
To recognise strong habits, all Year 11 students will receive a streak stamp card from Monday.
Students will receive stamps for being present and on time to morning meeting and pre-exam sessions. Every five stamps earn entry into a weekly prize draw.
Each week, five students will win:
A Top Table lunch experience with the Principal
A £10 voucher or Prom discount
A queue skip pass
Rewards including stationery and revision materials
This is about building momentum - being in, being on time, and making every day count.
Results day
We are incredibly proud of the Year 11 cohort and look forward to celebrating their achievements.
Results Day: Thursday 20 August 2026
School open from 9.00am for students and families.
Families are also invited to donate any unwanted school uniform on results day as part of our recycle and reuse programme.
