Students celebrated in Liverpool secondary Dot Art competition

We are incredibly proud to celebrate the success of our talented students in the prestigious Liverpool Secondary Dot Art Competition.

We are delighted to announce that Arathi has been awarded first place for Dixons Fazakerley Academy and has now progressed to become a finalist alongside secondary schools from across Liverpool. Arathi’s work was selected by a panel of Dot Art judges, recognising the creativity, originality and skill shown in her piece.

In addition to this fantastic achievement, Devika earned second place, and Isabella achieved third place, making this an outstanding result for DFA.

All three students created their artwork during Art Club and in their own time, producing unique, imaginative and highly individual responses. As you can see from their finished pieces, each student has demonstrated a strong commitment to their craft and a real passion for art.

As part of her achievement, Arathi and her parents will be invited to attend an awards ceremony at the Walker Art Gallery in Liverpool, a fantastic opportunity to celebrate her success in such an iconic cultural setting.

We would like to congratulate all three students on their hard work and well-deserved success, and we wish Arathi the very best of luck in the final. If you see them around school, please join us in celebrating their brilliant achievement.
