A busy week for PE at Dixons Fazakerley Academy - three strong performances, a successful home tournament and a new partnership already delivering real opportunities for our students.

Y8 Netball Tournament

Year 8 girls represented the academy at the Liverpool School Sports Partnership netball tournament this week. There were several brilliant performances across the squad, and a special shout-out to Sophia (Year 11) who stepped up as coach for the day - a fantastic example of leadership. Well done to everyone who played and supported.

Dixons Cup: Yr7/8 Boys Football

On Tuesday we hosted the Year 7/8 Dixons Cup here at Dixons Fazakerley Academy. Congratulations to Dixons Brooklands who took first place. Our boys finished a strong 3rd overall! Great grit and teamwork from everyone involved.

New Partnership - Multi-Sports Qualification

Our PE department’s partnership with LLS is off to a flying start. This week Year 11 took part in the Street Games Activator multi-sports qualification - a hands-on course that develops leadership, coaching and delivering skills. A great credit to any student’s CV!
