Photo permission survey

We are asking all parents and carers to please complete our online photo permission survey for your child.

This survey helps us understand how we can use photographs of your child (for example, within school, on displays, or on our website and social media). It is really important that all families are given the opportunity to share their preferences, even if you have previously completed a similar form.

Deadline for completion:

Thursday 17 April 2026
For schools returning next week, the deadline will be extended to Thursday 24 April 2026

After this date, the survey will close and we will not be able to accept responses.
