Indoor futsal competition kicks off!

Indoor futsal competition kicks off in style

This evening marked the launch of what we hope will be many indoor futsal competitions, and it certainly got off to a fantastic start. Over 40 students from Years 8 and 9 attended the after-school event, forming several competitive teams who battled it out on the court.

The atmosphere throughout the evening was electric, with plenty of goals, great teamwork and high-energy performances on display. Just as impressive was the outstanding attitude shown by all students, demonstrating excellent sportsmanship and commitment from start to finish.

After a closely fought tournament, the Blue Team emerged as winners on the night, with the Yellow Team finishing as runners-up following an exciting final. Both teams should be extremely proud of their efforts.

Well done to all students who took part and helped make the event such a success. We’re already looking forward to the next indoor futsal competition and seeing even more students getting involved. ⚽️💙💛
