Humanutopia at Dixons Fazakerley Academy

Our Year 10 students recently took part in a powerful two-day programme delivered by Humanutopia, led by Graham and Ryan. The high-energy sessions encouraged pupils to reflect on who they are, the choices they make, and the impact those choices can have on their future.

Throughout the day, students explored their past experiences, present circumstances, and future goals and ambitions, building confidence and resilience while developing a clearer sense of purpose.

At the end of Day 1, an incredible 60 pupils volunteered to become Heroes – student mentors who will now take part in further training on Day 2. Their role will be to support and mentor younger year groups, helping to build a stronger, kinder, and more aspirational school culture.

This experience has been an inspiring step in empowering our young people to make positive changes in their own lives while also becoming role models for others.
