Year 7 Liverpool University Trip

On Thursday 30 November our Year 7 students went on an expedition to the University of Liverpool. Our campus tour had many highlights, including a visit to the Faculty of Engineering where we saw flight simulation equipment and a real Formular 1 car! Later, students really enjoyed the 'Science is Cool' session where they gained an appreciation of the properties of liquid nitrogen. It was a great experience for all students to see what the summit of their mountain might look like as we will wish to ensure that all students should have the choice to go to university should they wish to.
