LSSP Year 7 / 8 Rounders Tournament

We entered the LSSP year 7 / 8 Girls Rounders Tournament which we were proud to host on Wednesday 21 June. There were 12 teams in the competition, including schools such as St John Bosco, Alsop and St Julies. We came second in our group - St Julies beat us by just 1 rounder! The same team went on to win it overall.

The girls made our school proud. Not only did they perform impeccably, they played smart and implemented tactics at an advanced level. Their behaviour and manners were outstanding by cheering each other on, showing great sportsmanship by shaking hands and 3 cheers to the other team and umpire. A credit to their parents and our school.
